Supporting the Many Hands of Book Access Work

Members-Only Session

Join fellow program and operations leaders for a dynamic and collaborative session focused on the day-to-day work of getting books into the hands of readers. This affinity group is designed for staff managing the planning, coordination, and delivery of book access programs—whether through mail, events, schools, clinics, or community partners.

Host:  Marie Kovar, Director of School Support, DIBS for
Kids

We'll explore real-world strategies, challenges, and solutions related to:

  • Program design and delivery models
  • Staff, volunteer, and vendor coordination
  • Partner engagement and logistics
  • Data tracking and impact measurement
  • Book sourcing, storage, and inventory

Whether you're new to the work or a seasoned operations lead, this is a space to connect, share tools and tips, ask questions, and support one another in strengthening program quality and reach.

Bring your insights, your questions, and your coffee. Let's build better book access together
