Join us for a special webinar featuring Judith Lee, Literacy Awards Program Manager, and be among the first to learn all about the 2026 Library of Congress Literacy Awards.
The Library of Congress Literacy Awards, founded in 2013 through the generosity of David M. Rubenstein, honor organizations worldwide that have made outstanding contributions to promoting literacy and reading. Administered by the Library’s Center for the Book, the program has recognized more than 200 organizations in over 40 countries and awarded more than $3.8 million to support innovative, replicable literacy practices. The Awards spotlight global leadership and creative solutions that advance literacy as a foundation for learning, opportunity, and empowerment.
In this session, Judith will:
Provide an overview of the Literacy Awards program.
Share details on the 2026 application process and timeline.
Highlight the benefits of applying and the opportunities that come with being recognized as a prize recipient.
Whether you are considering applying or simply want to learn more, this is a valuable opportunity to gain insight into one of the nation’s most prestigious literacy awards.
Webinars are free for members and $25 for non-members. If you haven't yet joined the NBAA, please click here to sign up and stay in touch.
